Admission Procedure
Parents will have to collect, fill and submit the admission form and the non-refundable application fee in the school.
The application form needs to be submitted along with:
a) Self-attested photocopy of the birth certificate of your child
b) One recent passport-size photograph of the child and both parents
c) Photocopy of all previous school’s results, if any
After the submission of the application form, you will get a time slot for parent orientation with the Admission Committee with both parents and the child, needing to be present for the orientation in school.
Post the parent orientation, an offer letter will be sent through email.
Parents who receive an offer letter will be given 7 days to complete the payment and secure the admission, failing which the seat will be offered to the next student on the waiting list.

Submitting the Form does not guarantee admission.
Incomplete Forms will not be accepted.

Admission Criteria
Open – Admission for all students from Playgroup to Jr. Kg will be based solely on seat availability.
Eligibility Criteria: For Playgroup, Nursery, Jr. Kg allotment to a level is strictly based on the government–mandated age bracket.
Other Criteria: Garodia’s Academy encourages parents being ex-students of P. G. Garodia (ICSE), and families with children currently in school to apply for admission of siblings, but admission will be solely based on the availability of seats and on merit. It cannot be demanded as a matter of right. The decision taken by the Admission Committee will be final.

Admission & Orientation

The application form is not available online at this time.
Admission is primarily based on seat availability and merit. Sibling preference is not guaranteed and is subject to the final decision of the Admission Committee.
Completing the application form does not guarantee admission.
Yes, we accept direct admissions for Nursery and JR. KG.
Details about Parent Orientation will be provided upon form submission.
All applicants who submit a form will receive information about the Parent Orientation.
In cases where both parents cannot attend, a single parent is welcome. Unfortunately, other relatives are not permitted to attend the Parent Orientation.
Following the Parent Orientation, an offer letter will be sent around mid-November through email.
All applicants who are not admitted will be notified via mail or letter.
The School Orientation will be scheduled in accordance with government guidelines ensuring physical distancing for the safety of our students, parents, and staff.
Fee details, including payment schedules, will be outlined in the confirmation letter. Please note that fees are subject to change.
We do not accept mid-term admissions for any class.
Miscellaneous
Our preschool adopts the Playway Method, ensuring a regularly updated curriculum that is both well-researched and age-appropriate.
The start date of the academic year will be communicated during the School Orientation.
We offer a variety of activities including Art and Craft, Quality Circle Time (QCT), Music and Movement, Gymnastics, and Dance.
We do not conduct exams but continuously assess students through observations.
We do not offer an afternoon shift.
Once assigned, playgroup batches cannot be altered.
Yes, our school is equipped with CCTV surveillance covering all classrooms and accessible areas.
Parents do not have access to the CCTV footage.
Bus service is mandatory for Nursery to Sr. Kg children, except for those residing in Garodia Nagar.
There is no bus service for Playgroup children; parents must arrange daily pick-up and drop-off.
Yes, our buses are equipped with both CCTV and GPRS systems for enhanced safety.
Yes, we provide healthy and nutritional snacks for the children.
Yes, Jain snacks are available upon request.
